Hi, here are my answers to these questions:   1.       How are you preparing for the quizzes/tests ？ In order to prepare for the quizzes and test, I firstly review all the notes I took in the lectures and follow all the things that the professor told me step by step. Secondly, I will do the exercise by myself and try to understand all problems related to the content of my quizzes and tests. If I have some confused questions, I may choose to ask my classmates to figure out correct solutions. 2.       Are there any images you’ve made, or even functions to create images, that you enjoyed or are proud of? Actually, when I was doing past tests before the term test, there was one image that I enjoyed. It was the image of yin-yang. This is the third time I wrote my slog, and I want to talk about what happened during the week after midterms. Fortunately, all my midterms had done before this Tuesday, and I started to prepare Wednesday's quiz for CSC104. This week, we studied how to analyisis true or false after the word "and" and "or". I learned that if there is something that have a "#false" result after the word "and", whatever other parts are false of true, this will be false as a result. Similarly, a "#true" result behind "or" will define the result to be true. And also, the professor taught us the knowledge of "hide" which means that all the orders will be hided in the steps. To be honest, I got a little bit confused about this part, and I will practise more to solve this problem.

This week is the week of term test, and I just completed my first term test in this course. I prepared a lot for this test by reviewing all the notes and labs as well as practising all the past tests which are posted on the course website. These contents cover the knowledge of list, contract, flip-vertical and the way how you can gey them. I think the test is not very hard but tricky, and I have already found that I got one question wrong. Hope that I could got all other question correct:(

Hi, I am Kelly Yan:) Here are some questions about the course CSC104 in the university of Toronto! -Why did you choose CSC104? What do you hope to get out of this course? I chose CSC104 for two reasons. The first one is that although I am interested in computer science, I am worried about my ability to study this well since I had no  background in a programming field. So, I think CSC104 will be the best choice for me. Secondly, I heard some great feedbacks about this course from upper-year students. They said this course is interesting and accessible for new students. I hope that I can learn the basic knowledge about computational thinking, and know how to design programs for solving systematically problems in different fields. -What did you expect programming to be like, and how does it compare with your experience in the course so far?
